You listen to a lot of music, but what does your own sound actually sound like? And what happens when beats from different walks of life collide?

With the workshop series «Echoes & Origins», Gare du Nord and HitProducer are opening up a space for young people between the ages of 14 and 18 who want to develop their own beats and produce electronic music themselves. Here, young people from different backgrounds, languages and walks of life come together. The focus is on music as a form of expression that works without words and offers space for individualism.

In five workshops, the coaches from HitProducer teach the basics of electronic music production, from initial sounds to beats and arrangements to creating your own track. Participants try things out, experiment, programme and compose. No prior knowledge is required.
At the end, the group will present their work in the concert hall of the Gare du Nord. Whether it's a concert, listening session or performance, it will be the result of the collaborative process.

All young people between the ages of 14 and 18 who are interested in producing their own beats and electronic music and becoming part of a diverse group are invited to participate.

To ensure participation regardless of financial circumstances, attendance at the workshop is free of charge. Please register by 3 April using the corresponding form.
