Listening-Session «Echoes & Origins»

As part of the «Echoes & Origins» workshop series, young people aged between 13 and 18 from the Basel area – including those from the BAZ, WUMA and Sek Rosenthal – spent five weeks working on their own tracks alongside coaches from HitProducer.

In the workshops, they learnt the basics of electronic music production: from initial sounds and beats through to arrangements and the development of their own finished tracks. They programmed, experimented, recorded and developed their ideas step by step. This resulted in personal sounds, beats and musical sketches that give voice to different worlds.

To conclude the workshop series, the concert hall will open its doors for a joint listening session. During this session, the participants will present their work and offer an insight into their creative processes.
