«Studio da concerto» – Alexander Prill (Open Creation)
Alexander Prill presents «Studio da concerto» by Italian composer Emiliano Turazzi. The focus is on the saxophone as a solo and sound-exploring instrument. This 40-minute performance engages with contemporary playing techniques and a concentrated concert form.
As part of «ATTACCA – Festival for Contemporary Music» by the University of Music FHNW Basel – students from the departments of Audio Design, Composition, Open Creation, and Contemporary Music present their current artistic projects. The programme features original compositions, performances, improvisations, and works by contemporary composers. Concerts take place over several days in varying formats and line-ups.
