ATTACCA – Festival for Contemporary Music

Oleksandra Katsalap presents four original works that combine performance, video, and instrumental sound production. The programme ranges from solo and video pieces to a new composition for trumpet, trombone, two synthesizers, objects, and live electronics. The evening reflects current developments in audiovisual performance and experimental instrumentation.

As part of «ATTACCA – Festival for Contemporary Music» at the FHNW School of Music Basel, students from the fields of audio design, composition, open creation and contemporary music will present their current artistic projects. Original compositions, performances, improvisations and works by contemporary composers will be presented. The concerts will take place over several days in different formats and line-ups.
